Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the ElevatorBlueprint platform ("the Service"), including the dashboard at app.elevatorblueprint.com and the marketing site at elevatorblueprint.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Service.

Information Disclaimer

The content on ElevatorBlueprint is for informational and educational purposes only. It does not constitute legal, engineering, or professional consulting advice. While we strive for accuracy, the elevator industry involves complex regulations, codes, and technical specifications that vary by state, municipality, and building type.

Specifically:

• Tool outputs (cost estimates, compliance data, risk scores, contract analysis) are approximations based on industry averages and publicly available data. They should not be used as the sole basis for financial or operational decisions.
• Compliance information reflects our best understanding of state and local regulations but may not be current. Always verify requirements with your local authority having jurisdiction (AHJ).
• AI-generated contract analysis is advisory only and does not replace review by a qualified attorney or elevator consultant.

Account & Data

When you create an account, you provide an email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.

Data you enter into the dashboard (building details, documents, compliance events) is stored securely and associated with your organization. You retain ownership of your data and may request its deletion at any time by contacting us.

Subscriptions & Billing

ElevatorBlueprint offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time through the billing settings in your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Existing subscriptions will honor their current rate until the end of the billing cycle following notice.

No Professional Relationship

Use of this Service does not create a consulting, advisory, or professional relationship between you and ElevatorBlueprint. For building-specific advice, consult a qualified elevator consultant, licensed contractor, or your local AHJ.

Intellectual Property

All content on ElevatorBlueprint - including articles, tools, calculators, design elements, and downloadable resources - is the property of ElevatorBlueprint and is protected by copyright. You may reference and link to our content freely. You may not reproduce, republish, or distribute our content in bulk without written permission.

User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to access restricted areas or other users' data
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service
• Use automated tools to scrape or collect data from the Service in bulk
• Upload malicious files or content

Limitation of Liability

ElevatorBlueprint and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, its tools, or its content. This includes but is not limited to decisions made based on tool outputs, compliance data, contract analysis, or article recommendations.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
